Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday: 8 am to 4:30 pm

No-Show/Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us by phone at least 24 hours in advance.  Patients who fail to do so will be assessed a fee of $35.

Insurance
Call us today to find out if your insurance plan covers allergy testing and treatment using sublingual immunotherapy (and/or sublingual food allergy treatment).
