Allergist Stuart H. Agren, M.D. started the Family Allergy Clinic in Mesa in 1985. He offers sublingual (under-the-tongue) immunotherapy which provides the same long-term relief offered through allergy shots but without the frequent trips to the doctor’s office for injections. (Allergy drops can be taken at home because they are not associated with the same risks of anaphylactic reaction as shots.)
From hay fever to asthma, eczema to sinus infections, kids’ allergies to food allergies, Dr. Agren has successfully treated more than 15,000 patients from the greater-Phoenix/Mesa area. He treats adults’ and kids’ allergies (infants and up). The serum is effective with a host of symptoms including asthma, eczema, hives, hay fever, sinus infections, and headaches. He can also treat for more than 59 different food allergies using allergy drops.
Mesa is no longer the allergy refuge that it used to be. As Arizona’s population has swelled, the landscape has been covered with imported plants that have turned Mesa into an allergy hot-spot.
